I had set the background of form as transparent. And also there will not be a title bar. The user can move the form by dragging from anywhere (other than buttons). Isthat OK going outside the BOX. or shall we stick to the traditional way?

I'll bring the CDs (SQL 2000 & .net 2005) tomorrow. You have to install it, Stop the SQl server, Copy (2) files to data files folder and re-start the sql server.

The Database is created on MS SQL server. It will open through SQL 2005 as well. But then the file will not be backword compatible with SQL 2000. You have to install SQL server 2000. I think that's better. Because installing SQL 2005 will take lots of system resources that we will not be able to do any other thing than "designing databases"
I have wrote some queries for the software and the files are in vb.net 2.0 (2005). But we can copy and paste same code to a .net 1.1 (2003) project
